harbour views buffet breakfast
The harbour bridge view king room had awesome views of the harbour and bridge. the location is very close to train and metro stations. It made moving around so easy!!! the buffet breakfast was amazing, a definite highlight.
The train noise was noticeable. I recommend bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Lovely Harbour View!
harbour view helpful staff convenient parking
The harbour view from my room was amazing. I found the staff very nice and helpful. Convenient parking was available, I did appreciate that. The room service breakfast with a view of the harbour bridge was amazing too.
The hotel is built on top of the metro line and, despite my room being on level 8, the vibration and noise were disruptive. The hotel offered earplugs as a solution to guests.

The restaurant had a very enjoyable atmosphere and the bar provided excellent cocktails. Brunch was a great way to start the day with a lovely view. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options.

I had a beautiful room with an amazing view. The bed was super comfortable and quite firm. A big smart TV was available in the room. The room included necessary amenities such as a refrigerator and a safe.

The staff was lovely, nice and very helpful. The reception staff was particularly friendly. One bartender was a highly skilled cocktail maker. I appreciate the attentiveness shown .

dusty room unclean bathtub
The location was acceptable. It was easy enough to get around.
I found quite a bit of dust in the room. Some areas clearly never see a cleaning cloth. the bathtub and curtains desperately need deep cleaning.

smooth arrival attentive service comfortable room
the location is convenient near the north sydney station with a straightforward train ride from the airport dining on-site proved excellent with a good variety of dishes and attentive service
i found blood stains on the mattress topper over the weekend i was moved from my harbour view room to a room facing the train line instead the replacement sheets also had stains
